Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the radio apps published by iPunguin Studio (“the App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
The App is a free directory and player for internet radio stations. It lets you browse stations, play their live streams, save favorites and see artwork for the song currently playing. No account is required.
Third-party stations and content
Radio stations are owned and operated by third parties and are streamed directly from their servers. We do not own, control or endorse the stations, their programming, or any content they broadcast, and we are not responsible for it.
Stations may change, go offline or stop broadcasting at any time without notice. Song titles, artist names and artwork are provided by the stations and third-party services and may not always be accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial listening and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Record, redistribute or rebroadcast streams in violation of the rights of their owners
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, our servers, or the stations’ servers
- Use automated means to access the station list or our services
Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are supplied by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or services they promote. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code and name, belongs to iPunguin Studio. Station names, logos and broadcast content belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond personal use of the App.
Availability and changes to the App
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature, station or service at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPunguin Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or mobile data charges, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Streaming audio uses internet data; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected and how it is used.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
