What data exists
Our apps do not use accounts, so we do not hold a profile, name, email address or phone number for you. The data related to your use of the App falls into the groups below, and each one can be removed as described.
Delete data stored on your device
Favorites, recent searches, theme mode and the notification-permission flag are stored only on your device. To delete them:
- Open your device Settings › Apps and select the App.
- Tap Storage, then Clear data.
- Or simply uninstall the App — all of its local data is removed.
Stream failure reports
When a station fails to play, the App sends only the station identifier and the time of the failure. These reports contain no personal information and are deleted automatically after 90 days. No action is needed.
Advertising data (Google AdMob)
Ad data is linked to your device’s advertising ID, which you control:
- Change your consent choice under Settings › Ad privacy settings in the App (when available in your region).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, usually under Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Google’s handling of ad data is described at policies.google.com.
Analytics, crash and notification data (Google Firebase)
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is associated with app instance and installation identifiers, not with your identity. Uninstalling the App resets these identifiers and invalidates the notification token used by Firebase Cloud Messaging. Remaining data expires according to Google’s retention policies.
If you would like us to request deletion of analytics or crash data related to your device, contact us using the steps below.
